NEWCASTLE TO BE BOUGHT BY ARAB LORD

It has really been a crazy season: Manchester City winning the League with Less points than last season, Liverpool losing the League despite having the highest points as a runner-up, all other top 6 clubs bottling the top 4 position repeatedly and the greatest of them all...Newcastle is going to be bought by an Arab Billionaire.

BACKGROUND

Mike Ashley has been looking to sell Newcastle after it seemed the club hasn't been giving him enough profits but then no buyer came all through the season and he was unwilling to spend on the transfer window which annoyed Newcastle fans and gaffer, Rafa Benitez.

Almost of out the blues, Sheikh Khaled decided to join his Cousin,Sheikh Mansour, the owner of Man City, to acquire a Premier League Club and has found Newcastle as a worthy club. Many unconfirmed reports from the middle east and top journalists on twitter, are claiming that the deal is done.

WHAT COULD THIS MEAN?

This could be very important for Newcastle City because if the whole rumours come to life, they may be breaking in into the top 6 in the next coming years due to Arab money. Newcastle would compete for top players and will also look to play amazing football even more than what they have now. Newcastle may also be looking at getting into European football too. The thought of European football for Newcastle fans can give them enough Orgasm.

INSTANT DECISION BY NEW OWNER

If Sheikh wants good return for his money and good success, it would be best for him to retain the services of Rafa Benitez. the current gaffer has been a loyal servant to the club and has stayed with them through thick and thin. he understands the dynamics of the club and also where the club needs to be too. lastly, he has the massive experience to make Newcastle go all the way.

WHO SHOULD BE WORRIED?

Other Premier League clubs especially in the top 6 need to watch their backs because it would never be the same again if the take over happens. Chelsea and Manchester City or most recently Leicester City have all shown that take overs can really be destiny changers. Therefore, it would be wise to do whatever they can to keep their spots in the Premier League.

Newcastle would never remain the same once this deal happens and it would increase the competitiveness of the Premier League which is totally welcomed. the real question is: are we ready for a crazy Premier League next season?

CHELSEA BOARD: A CAUSE FOR WORRY

By Rildwan Oladejo Since the opening of the January (winter) transfer window of 2018, Chelsea football club has been linked with several football players from home and abroad. Most transfer windows are characterized by reports from various sources (confirmed and unconfirmed), but in every rumour there's an iota of truth. Inarguably, the team is currently rocked by crisis. Whatever it is that is the main cause of this "shadow-crisis" remains a mystery. However, a few options come to mind - Conte's future, the formation change, rumours of players likely departure and/or new arrivals struggle to adapt to life in the English premier league. Could this be why numerous players are constantly being linked to the club? Morata; the team's main point man is misfiring; Hazard's contract extension talks ongoing and Bakayoko is another player struggling with confidence in the midfield... where is the Chelsea Football Club we are accustomed to? The midfield o...

STOKE CITY APPOINTS PAUL LAMBERT AS MANAGER

Stoke City have appointed former Aston Villa and Norwich boss Paul Lambert as manager.   Stoke are 18th in the Premier League table, a point away from safety, and were sent out of the FA Cup by Coventry City ( League Two side ) .  Lambert hasn't managed any team since leaving Wolves at the end of last season. He has also managed Colchester, Wycombe Wanderers and Blackburn.  Stoke chairman Peter Coates said: "Paul greatly impressed us with his knowledge of our squad and had a clear plan of how he would improve our results. "He's a man who backed himself as a player, none more so than when he turned down contract offers in Scotland to go on trial in the German Bundesliga with Borussia Dortmund, and it's obvious he adopts the same approach as a manager." Vice-chairman John Coates added: "Paul has been successful in management at clubs with a strong and stable background and with local ownership - the kind of foundation we are able to give ...
